EYE CANDY PACKAGING

Eye Candy is an exploration into responsive packaging created in collaboration with Aaliyah Jones and Dylan Ford. A custom color contact brand, customers would be presented with numerous prescription or non-prescription options to stylize their eyes. These lenses would emerge as monthly opportunities, allowing users to consistently change and experiment with their look. Following three specific themes, individuals would be able to create an online profile through the service to further customize.

Aimed at teens to people in their late 20s who value individual identity and freedom of expression, the box itself serves as a take-and-go vanity filled with colorful lights and a small mirror. These lights are triggered both by simply opening the box or removing a contact-filled eye from one of the containers. Each of these “eyes” is filled with solution and the appropriate labeled contact, mimicking the titles found on a makeup palette. Additional solution and a case is provided in each monthly issue!
